With the help of meditation we can perceive inner peace and the power of concentration. The duration of meditation is not as important as the concentration while we meditate. If we can meditate with a silent mind for five minutes, we can then- in this short period- bring to the surface our own divine characteristics of inner peace and joy. This inner joy is independent of any external success.

 

Meditation also helps us disconnect from harmful habits which result from the way we think, feel and react. The result of this disconnect is the conscious positive release of energy which improves our attitude towards life, our actions and the quality of our relationships.

 

The process of going "inside", disconnecting from harmful habits, connecting to our innate spiritual resources and maintaining this coordination of our external life, is a process of a truly enduring empowerment.

Meditation is taught as a method of raising awareness of our self, which leads to self-knowledge. Meditation stills the mind and empowers the intellect in order to achieve an understanding of the spiritual laws that maintain harmony. Meditation offers natural renewal at all levels of life on earth.
